Roger brings over 20 years’ experience operating in financial markets commencing at Citigroup, large corporates including BAE Systems as well as technical and talent consultancies. Most recently he was the Partner for Strategic Markets at Exec Search firm Holmes Noble, responsible for cross cutting themes including ESG and the impact on the Board. Previously, he spent over a decade in equity research at Numis Securities and as head of the Global Industrials team at Edison Group. He has as MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol.
