OUR SERVICES
IN-HOUSE IR
We are highly effective in crafting investor materials and supporting financial calendar management, including analyst and investor education, engagement and targeting. We help with drafting and early review of results and company materials, including RNS, presentations, Q&A and supporting documents. Our extensive and well-established network of senior institutional investors across the UK, US and Europe, enables effective and timely engagement. Our team plays an active role in maintaining a productive dialogue between companies and investors through roadshows, conferences and non-roadshow meetings.
IR ADVICE
We serve as a trusted consultant to Boards and management teams, providing clear, actionable insights that maximise shareholder value. We deliver timely market and investor feedback and actionable insights. We also support with governance-focused shareholder engagement, including advice on Board composition, tenure and AGM resolutions.
PROJECT-BASED WORK
We provide project-based IR support around significant corporate and capital markets events, bringing the right expertise at the right time. Our work spans Capital Markets Days, pre- and post-IPO transitions, M&A and defence situations, fundraising including rights issues and placings and activist shareholder approaches. We work alongside management and in-house teams throughout these projects, providing IR expertise from preparation to delivery.
INTERIM COVER
Our Interim IR cover provides support at various levels, working alongside or acting as the in-house IR team to ensure continuity during periods of change transition, absence or recruitment. CEN takes responsibility for investor relations activity including investor and analyst engagement, results and reporting cycles, targeting and outreach, providing the appropriate level of support for as long as needed.
