Martin spent most of his recent career at Vivendum plc, which grew during his tenure to become a member of FTSE250. He sat on the Board and his final position was Group CFO. Previously Martin worked in investment banking at N M Rothschild. He has an MA in Law from Cambridge and is an ACCA qualified accountant.
