Euan has looked after clients in the services and financial services sectors working on projects ranging from TCFD reports, CDP submissions to preparing for the introduction of CSRD and building a regulatory roadmap across multiple jurisdictions.
Euan is a Chartered Accountant who, following roles in private practice, public finance and industry, moved into the world of investment management, joining Schroders in the mid-1990s as a UK equity fund manager. In 2001 he joined Standard Life Investments as an analyst and portfolio manager. His sector specialisations included Banking and Insurance and Aerospace and Defence and he latterly ran portfolios in excess of £4bn. In 2016 he took on the newly-created role of Global Head of Stewardship and ESG Investment to manage a team of more than 20 ESG specialists, helping to integrate sustainability considerations into investment decisions across the firm’s £500bn+ assets under management.
