Chris is the founder and CEO of CEN Group. He has significant investor relations and transaction experience. This includes leading the IR functions at Melrose and Just Eat as well as IPOs, demergers, fund raises and Capital Markets Events. Chris previously led Investec’s top rated Aerospace and Defence, Industrials and Oil Field Services franchise. Chris was consistently highly ranked by investors, including in the market wide Extel survey. He has significant investor coverage including the UK, Europe and the US. Chris’ core skillset lies in communicating complex and evolving messages to the investment community. Chris has an MSc in Financial Management from the University of Bath.
